After finishing up my previous post. I returned to reading the Gospel of Reason blog. After having read a few interesting posts I came upon this one: An Intelligent Challenge for Intelligent Design « Gospel of Reason.
Before I continue on and tell you all about my imperflected
view of the subject I was referring too in the previous paragraph. I like to sidetrack a lot while reading, therefore links I have followed may not seem consistent to you? Why? Because I do tend to be more of an observer than a giver of criticism! At least that’s one good reason and there are probably a lot more. The word Imperflection
however could be food for thought or material for a new post?
On a side note: Have I ever told you that besides sidetracking whilst surfing, I do seem to leave gaps
and or holes
into my arguments or reasoning? One therefore could easily conclude that I am either a lousy debater or just very bad at communicating my points of view. Possibly and perhaps (partially) true? What is more probable is that I have left myself a note in the form of a journal post. A sort of reference point I can refer to later on in life? Just to see the before and after like a form of comparison? Intriguing and yet indubitably!
Anyway the links I have followed thus far are:
- manipulative events?
- Nobody in the science community will try and force someone not to believe in Intelligent Design, the notion of a higher purpose in the universe. Nobody will say a word about how the parents tries to educate indoctrinate their child within the realm of their home and/or church (although perhaps they should).
And of course its derivatives!
Does all this mean that I am (or think that I am?) ‘highly educated’ (sometimes I’d just wish that were so!) or that I know how to use Google? I probably am guilty on both accounts. But to be sure, I think it is because I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and the fact that I like to share this!
Maybe it is an ‘unique’ peak in how my brain works or perhaps it isn’t!? Perhaps one could note that I am a easily distracted person?
Other then that the previous mentioned blog I believe to be quite insightful! But the same could be said for this one for after study.
Damn sometimes I wish I had that book again, the one in which $author? Aah Lawrence M. Krauss I presume, explained in detail which aspects of the Star Trek series were plausible versus implausible!? Speaking of the same author, another good book from his hand is Atom. Both of them are actually highly recommended to read!
Kindest regards,
Alex
